This policy explains what NicheRealm Private Limited ("NicheRealm", "we") collects when you use the EzHub website, the EzPOS app and the EzHub. Please have it reviewed by a legal advisor before publishing.

1. Who we are

2. Information we collect

Account & activation details — your name, shop name, phone number and the device code shown by the app, used to issue and verify your licence/trial.
Payment information — when you subscribe, payments are handled directly with us or our payment partner. We do not store your full card details.
Website usage — basic technical data (e.g. browser type, pages visited) to operate and improve the site.

3. Your business data stays with you

The business data you enter in EzPOS — items, sales, customers, stock, reports — is stored on your own device and on your EzHub, inside your premises. EzPOS and EzHub are offline-first; this operational data is not uploaded to our servers. If you enable an optional backup, your data is encrypted before it leaves your device.

4. How we use information

To issue, activate and verify your trial or subscription (device-bound licensing).
To provide support and respond to your requests.
To process payments and send licence/renewal information.
To operate, secure and improve our website and products.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us run the service (e.g. payment processing, communications) and only as needed, or where required by law.

6. Data retention

We keep account and licensing records for as long as your account is active and as required for legal, tax and accounting purposes.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information in our care. Device licences are cryptographically signed and bound to your device; backups are encrypted.

8. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting admin@ezhub.in.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
