Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing or using EzPOS or EzHub ("the Software"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

2. Licence

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Software on devices you control, subject to your active trial or subscription. Each device is licensed individually and the licence is bound to that device.

3. Free trial

We may offer a 15-day free trial via the EzPOS Demo. The trial provides full features for evaluation on a single device. At the end of the trial, a paid subscription is required to continue using paid features.

4. Subscriptions & payments

• Paid plans are billed per device on a monthly or yearly basis as agreed at purchase.
• Payments are handled directly with us or our payment partner; applicable taxes (e.g. GST) may apply.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Your data & responsibilities

You are responsible for the data you enter and for keeping your own backups. The Software is offline-first and stores your business data on your devices/EzHub; you are responsible for the security and lawful use of that data and for complying with applicable tax and trade laws.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer, resell, or circumvent the licensing of the Software, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

7. Availability & updates

We aim to keep the Software working but provide it on an "as is" basis. We may release updates and may change or discontinue features.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NicheRealm is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or loss of data or profits. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding 12 months.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your licence if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Software at any time.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at our registered location.
